been supporting, implementing, and managing computers systems for 16
years. He has installed and managed Microsoft IIS Servers, SQL
Servers, Cisco networks, and Windows workstations from Windows 3.11 to
Windows 7. He has implemented computer security for
production, testing and development servers; and managed
fault-tolerance, network load sharing, enterprise infrastructure

Zen IT in-depth troubleshooting skills, complemented by his many years
of customer support. To relax, Steven throws pottery, paints with computer graphics software, and meditates.
Zen IT Support Specialist Daniel Becker comes from a network copier installation background, and has an Associate degree in Computer and Electronic Engineering from ITT Tech. He is at home with Windows or Mac, so he carries a MacBook Pro and games on an AMD processor. The newest Zen IT team member enjoys mountain biking and computer gaming, and live music. Zen IT Support Specialist Karell Caldera works
with Zen IT via our partnership with Liaison Resources, LLP. His
experience supporting Windows systems is founded on his passion for
computer gaming. He currently supports Liaison Design Center enterprise
clients, so he's well versed with the complexities of integrating the
Macintosh platform in enterprise Windows environments. Karell enjoys
spending time with his family when he's not soldering new capacitors
onto a motherboard or sending virtual mechwarriors to their virtual
junkyards <game over>
